Though those are probably in the minority.ДЇunny enough, despite my disdain for Hunter X Hunter, my interaction with the fanbase was actually pleasant. And of course, the ever prevalent 'Kubo should only do art and let Oda write for him'.ДЄnd of course, then there are the really hateful who which for the anime to fail. Doesn't help that 'Common Knowledge', like that Kubo lost his passion or that Jump forced him to continue past Aizen is rather prevalent there. Several boards and subreddits (mostly One Piece and Hunter x Hunter, for example, have a rather condensing attitude towards it or Kubo. When he fires Getsugas, the overall image would be akin to a (Quincy) firing their bow. With a giant black crossguard that is his (fullbring).

The blade would be a glowing white Getsuga (shinigami). If he did that, then his final weapon against Ywach should've been a handle-less 'sword' stemming from his fist (Hollow). So during the Fullbringer arc, he would use his handle and crossgard as his object affinity, so his weird swastika thing would actually stem from the handle itself.ДЇrom all that, we'd learn that the 'Final' Getsuga really isn't all that final, it just has a recharge period of month to years, between which he can't use anything other than Fullbring powers. This would weaken Aizen so that he could be captured by Urahara's (and Tessai's.) Kido, but not outright overpower the Hogyoku or come up with some 'It's fulfilling your secret wishes' BS.ДЇullbring: After using the 'Final' Getsuga, his sword's blade would shatter, and given what they knew about Bankai, would seem irreperable. The Final Getsuga, then would be the equivalent of that, but supercharged to the point where he has taken in so much power from the Dangai, and time training with and fighting against his father, constantly moving but not releasing a Getsuga, that the actual release against Aizen is an 'only works once', and he has to do it as a 'hold the Getsuga in the sword' trick, to make sure he doesn't miss. While he wouldn't actually have a bow, it'd be because his Hollow and Quincy powers are the most commingled, due to them both coming 'from' his mom. Hollow Form: Same as it is in that reptilian form, except his sword fuses with his arm, and that's where he can fire 'Cero' (which are hybrid Cero/Quincy Arrows) from, sort of like Quincy bows. This evokes a bit more of the Quincy's ability to suck in ambient spiritual energy. He would still have the limit of his body's durability. The more he moves, the stronger the sword attacks and Getsugas are, and the faster he could get. Also there's the holding the Getsuga in the sword trick.Д«ankai: The speed that he moves at, and the motion of the sword itself, channels the swords power, as a positive feedback loop. So long as the sword and user are connected by the cloth, he can throw the sword and then quickly catch up to it or recall it. Shikai: Same as it currently is, but one way it could be used is how White did it here. How I see it, it'd all make sense if we looked at Ichigo's powers as being a combination of where two or more Quincy/Shinigami/Hollow/Fullbringer skills overlap, but for the most part he can't use stuff that doesn't outright overlap, like Kido, Negacion, manifest a bow, etc.
